Tip Seals for Ulvac Scroll type dry vacuum pumps

There are 4 scroll plates need to fit once the tip seals replacement to be done.

We have tip seals replacement available for following vacuum pumps models:

  • DIS series: DIS-90, DIS-250, DIS-500, DIS-1000
  • DISL series: DISL-502, DISL-503
  • DVS series: DVS-321, DVS-631.

The package comes with 2 tip seals, sold as one set, long enough for the four scrolls. Just cut it as the scroll length by yourself.
